The Green Card Lottery

The United States Green Card Lottery Program has already allowed over 300,000 people from all over the world to become permanent residents of the US without any other qualifications. A Green Card holder may legally live and work permanently in the US. Green card holders may apply for US citizenship and can sponsor certain relatives for Green cards.

Under this program, over 55,000 names are selected in the lottery each year on a random basis. The winners who have a high school education or equivalent work experience and are in good health, may apply for visas to the US without any other conditions, except no criminal record, and no mental or physical defects. Wives and unmarried children under 18 years of age may also receive Green cards. The exact probability of winning is impossible to calculate prior to the lottery drawing itself. However, by both you and your spouse applying separately, you can double your chances of winning.

The next expected filing period for registration is October/November 1999. Lottery winners are notified usually within eight months with Green cards issued usually within 12 months.

Our service will submit all required forms to the lottery in your name. If you are selected in the lottery, we will inform you and assist you in completing all the additional required forms. Our fee for filing the registration forms is USD$ 45.00 for a single applicant and USD$ 75.00 for an applicant and his spouse
